Appetizer Veggie Pizza
Ingredients :
2 cans Refrigerator crescent rolls, 1 pkg Dry Italian salad dressing mix, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, 8 oz Cream softened cheese
Toppings :
Chopped green onions (scallions) Broccoli, chopped into small flowerettes Red bell pepper, chopped into small pieces Shredded carrot Shredded mozzarella cheese Shredded cheddar cheese

How to Prepare :
1) Preheat oven to 375°F. On an ungreased cookie sheet, unroll crescent rolls to flat sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from oven, cool on cookie sheets.
2) In a medium bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry salad dressing mix until completely incorporated.
3) When crescent sheets are cool, remove from cookie sheets.

Christmas Crock Cheese
Ingredients :
10 ounces Muenster cheese, 1/2 pound aged Cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoons brandy, 1/8 teaspoon crushed basil, Pinch of dried dill, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 2 tablespoons soft butter

How to Prepare :
Grate cheese. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Put into small sealable crocks for Christmas giving or for your own use. Keep refrigerated. Remove from refrigerator one hour before serving.

Deep Fried Avocados recipe
Ingredients :
3 or 4 avocados, chilled and cut into wedges, 3/4 cup chilled light beer batter, 3/4 cup cake flour (not self-rising), 3/4 teaspoon salt, Vegetable oil for deep-drying

How to Prepare :
Whisk beer and flour until smooth. Stir in salt. Add cayenne pepper and granulated garlic to season, if desired. Let batter sit for at least 10 minutes before frying.In a 3-quart saucepan heat 2 inches oil to 375 degrees F. Working in batches of 3 or 4 pieces, dredge avocado wedges in batter to coat completely, letting excess drip off, and fry, turning, until golden, about 3 minutes.

Egg Rolls recipe

Ingredients :
1 pound ground beef, 2 cups peeled and shredded carrots, 2 cups shredded celery, 1 small package bean sprouts, 1 cup diced scallions, 1 1/2 cups Chun King® Soy Sauce, Menlo® Egg Roll Wraps*

How to Prepare :
Brown ground beef, crumbling while cooking; drain. Combine remaining ingredients, except wraps, with beef in a large bowl. Cut each wrap into 2 triangles and separate. Keep them covered with a moist paper towel. Place approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture in the middle of each wrapper. Fold bottom of triangle up over mixture. Pull tightly around the filling, then fold ends over and roll forward.

Garlicky Shrimp Tapas recipe

Ingredients :
1/2 pound uncooked peeled and deveined large shrimp, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 small bay leaf, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (add heat to taste), 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

How to Prepare :
Heat oil in skillet. Add the minced garlic, bay leaf and red pepper flakes and stir one minute or until fragrant and garlic is slightly softened. Add shrimp and stir until just cooked through, about 3 minutes (being careful not to overcook!) You want the shrimp opaque and still crunchy/tender. Sprinkle with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

Nacho Nose-Guard Bites recipe
Ingredients :
1/2 cup flour, 1 egg, 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers, 1/4 cup salsa, 2 ounces finely shredded jack cheese, 1 cup crushed tortilla chips

How to Prepare :
These mouth-watering snacks are best served warm, with salsa, guacamole or sour cream. Be careful when seeding and chopping the jalapenos. Heat oil in deep fryer or Dutch oven to 375 degrees F. Mix ingredients and roll into balls. Fry for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes until golden. Remove with slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels.
